“our commitment to safety and quality control”
Henrich Drywall & Carpentry, LLC (Henrich D&C) is fully committed to the principle of “Actively driving a Safe and injury free- Environment” and the effort to establish that culture throughout the company. In addition to helping us reach our goal, the Henrich D&C Health & Safety manual sets expectations for our employees as well as the employees of our sub-consultants.
This written Health & Safety program is established in order to exercise all available means of eliminating or controlling hazards and risk associated with our projects. The primary objective of this program is to protect all employees and others from personal injury or harm. Important other objectives include maintaining conditions which assure the smooth and uninterrupted operations of our projects.
Safety awareness combined with “safe working conditions and safe work habits” will allow us to fulfill our commitment to safety.
With respect to “Quality Control” ensuring quality projects is essential in making sure our client’s are happy with their end product. Henrich D&C quality control plan looks at specific areas of a project that may affect the quality and then outlines how those areas will be controlled. These areas could include (but are not limited to) our personnel, subcontractors, materials, handling of materials, installation procedures, protection, and verifying that the finish work meets specifications.
Since, we operate on the premise that a lack of proper inspection procedures could lead to serious quality issues on our projects. Implementing a quality control plan with specified inspections and monitoring procedures, ensures that these quality issues don’t occur. Depending on our specific project and what our client is looking for, Henrich D&C will craft its quality control plan accordingly. We understand that it is important that we have a discussion and come to a mutual understanding with the client if we want our plan to be successful. Communication is everything!
