Mr. Rich Henry:
Managing Director / Founder

Mr. Henry is the Managing Director and Founder of Henrich Drywall & Carpentry (Henrich D&C) and is responsible for the company’s day to day operations and client relations; he is also accountable for the overall project budget, performance and the success of each project, Mr. Henry has over twenty five (25) years of construction/architectural practice in New York State, and has been employed by some of New York’s most prominent builders as a Senior Project Manager.

Mr. Henry is a graduate of New York University (NYU) School of Continuing and Professional Studies Real Estate Institute, where he received a Master of Science degree, with a concentration in Construction Executive Management and Project Management. He also, holds a Bachelors of Professional Studies degree from Pratt Institute School of Architecture, with a concentration in Architecture and Construction Management.

Mr. Francisco Barroso:
Co-Founder (Manager of Field Operations/ Project Coordination)

After twenty eight (28) years of construction practice in New York State and New Jersey; Mr. Barroso has a finely- tuned sense of the importance of quality construction for New York’s communities. Mr. Barroso is responsible for the overall performance and success of each project. He is also, accountable for coordination, layout in accordance with architectural plans, daily man-power, project schedule, site safety, and quality control.

Mr. Barroso, has extensive field and supervisory experience in the residential Mid/ High-rise commercial Condo market for new and existing structures; with respect to general carpentry, metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, drywall installation, taping, rough and finish carpentry, doors, frames, and hardware installation. Prior to becoming a partner of Henrich Drywall & Carpentry Mr. Barroso was the Co- Owner of Brooks & Barroso, a Drywall & Carpentry construction company that performed work throughout the tristate area and New Jersey.

Mr. Francisco Brooks, (Senior) :

Co-Founder (Manager of Field Operations/ Project Management)

Mr. Brooks professional experience in the construction industry spans more than thirty (30) years; He was the Co- Owner of Brooks & Barroso, as noted above. His responsibilities at Henrich Drywall & Carpentry includes working directly with Project Managers and Superintendents to meet their schedule, establishing site safety, daily man-power, ordering and coordinating the timely delivery of materials, addressing on-site issues, and more.

Mr. Brooks, also has extensive field and supervisory experience in the residential Mid/High-rise commercial Condo market for new and existing structures; Prior to forming Brooks & Barroso, he was employed for over eighteen (18) years as a Carpenter, Project Superintendent, and Job Foreman.

Mr. Francisco Brooks (Junior):

Lead – Project Foreman:

Mr. Francisco Brooks, Junior was educated in Honduras and trained in the Drywall and Carpentry trade by his father Francisco Brooks. He has been mentored by several seasoned carpenters throughout the years; which have resulted in over fifteen (15) years of field and supervisory experience; with strong skills in interpreting architectural drawings, rough carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall installation, door and hardware, acoustical ceilings and structural metal installation.

His responsibilities and duties at Henrich Drywall & Carpentry includes; running and maintaining the job site, providing supervision of on-site workers, maintaining the job schedule, productivity, ensuring that quality and safety standards are achieved, assisting with coordinating material delivery, coordinating workman’s time and attendance, supervising layout, reading and interpreting architectural drawings, preparing daily reports, sign- in sheets, resolving on site issues, coordinating with related trades and on-site supervision.

Mr. Hasmet Brooks:

Project Foreman/ Assistant:

Mr. Hasmet Brooks, was educated in Costa- Rica and trained in the Drywall and Carpentry trade by his father and mentored by several seasoned carpenters throughout the years; He has over Ten (10) years of on-site experience and have served in the role of Apprentice, Carpenter, and Assistant Foreman.

His responsibilities and duties at Henrich Drywall & Carpentry includes; assisting in running and maintaining the job site, assist in proving supervision of on-site workers, assisting in maintaining the job schedule and productivity, ensuring that quality and safety standards are achieved, assisting in coordinating material delivery, as well as coordinating workman’s time and attendance, reading and interpreting architectural drawings, taking progress photos and preparing daily reports.
